  • All incoming and outgoing materials and supplies
  • Managing and planning logistics and transportation issues
  • Tracking inventories, delivery times and transportation costs
  • Ensuring that there are no stock outs
  • Maintaining reports and records of inventories
  • Solving any supply chain issues while maintaining a high quality of service
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining supply chain management strategies that increase the efficiency and speed of supply operations
  • Collaborating with internal departments to identify and close any operational gaps
  • Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Monitoring costs and staying within allocated budgets, and preparing reports


  • 10+ years experience in supply management in cement/concrete or similar industry
  • Fluently bilingual (English and French)
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
